By commissioning/Trading with me you agree to these rules by default
♡General♡
Wait times are up to me i do always try to finish as soon as possible but i'm not a machine and do other things too.
​Please be patient with me as i will not tolerate any harassment or rushing.
I will always notify you if something comes up to change the wait time.
If i give you an estimated finish time please note that i do take weekends off and those are not counted in the estimate.
Any and all estimated completion times are subject to change please be understanding.
Wips will be shown for progress on anything other than sketches or YCH's.
With your finished commission i will use them as examples of my work unless asked otherwise.
My prices are subject to change at anytime to adjust to the amount of work needed.
♡Sketches/Sketch Edits♡
I am very much willing to change anything in the sketch process that is not correct
or add a thing or two that is needed however please be sure to mention EVERYTHING you want in the piece BEFORE i start sketching!
I understand if you forgot something but please it is a hassle to have to keep adding things!
If you need to add more than 2 small things i will start charging for the rest or if the additions are large objects/elements.
As stated at the beginning i am happy to change what is needed but i will only allow 1 free full sketch restart! The rest will be charged.
Please note that this is only because more than likely the sketch was incorrect due to lack of info!
I cannot stress this enough PLEASE BE DETAILED AND SPECIFIC!
If you feel unable to explain properly use image references as much as possible!
♡Edits♡
I do not allow any kind if edits made to any of my work without getting permission directly from me!
Some examples:
You may NOT color in a sketch you bought from me.
You may NOT add any sort of background to a piece you got from me.(Including solid color)
You may NOT edit a preexisting image or background in any way! (This includes filters/color changes/adding small drawings/elements)
You may NOT edit the image into another to form a size/poster look without my permission!
You may NOT change the color/filtered color at all.
If you wish to due certain edits you must get permission first.
Please if you want these things done i'm more than happy to do small edits for you myself or if you want a background buy it with the commission like everyone else.
♡Pickiness/Changes♡
I am super patient when it comes to details cause i do understand the need for perfection,
however i do have my limits such as the following:
My limit of times i can change things during the commission process is depending the commission and when someone says so many times that it's wrong, it really makes me lose inspiration for the commission, keep that in mind!
If i have finished the commission and you come back to me the next day/some time later with sudden complaints or requested edits i am 100% at choice of if i want to make the edits or not. Small errors can still happen and go unnoticed after the finished product i know but there are only small things i will change as long as i still have the psd.
I will not make huge changes such as "The hair looks wrong now" or "I want a different pattern for the legs"
I show wips, these are things you need to decide on then and not after it's done.
And please don't claim i didn't put effort into it!
I always put my best effort into any and all drawings i make!
♡ Underage Customer/Character♡
You are not allowed to request NSFW work if you are under 18 or of an under 18 character.
By not mentioning such details i am not at fault.
This includes providing an inaccurate ID

♡Refunds♡
99% of the time i will not allow refunds
It is completely up to me if i decide to refund a commission or not for any reason.
♡Some reasons i will:
I choose to cancel and haven't done much of it.
I wouldn't have the time to finish it.
♡Some reasons i wouldn't:
Too far into the commission and cannot seem to get it to your liking.
Customer is being too picky/rude.
I no longer have time but have finished a large amount.
Customer changes their mind.
The customer rushed/harassed me and i no longer feel like doing it.
(Please note that these almost never happen)
These are set to keep me from losing needed funds as i transfer funds almost right after i get them.
♡Art Trades​♡
You have a set deadline of 2 weeks max to finish the trade unless we agreed on otherwise.
If you are being rude/picky/rushy i can and will canel the trade.
Wips are optional but you will be required to fix any design errors if it is not correct.
I will be very specific on what will be done (Example: Halfbody/Shaded/FullBG)
Meaning you do exactly that and not partly shaded not sorta shaded FULL shaded, if your style does not match my quality request please let me know so we can change it to suit your style fairly.
I will not show my part until the other end is done.
I put just as much work into trades as i do personal art or commissions so please put the same amount of effort into yours.
♡Requests♡
When and if i open up my requests i will have full range on what it is i draw
so if you don't supply enough info about the character it will be your fault
if it doesn't have the essence of you character.
(Note i will fix it if it's a design error made by me)
Be grateful please it's free after all.
Requests will be used for examples unless requested otherwise.
♡Character Trades/Sales♡
Once traded or sold characters from me are not for commercial use unless discussed initially!
If payment plan is needed during a sale you have to follow the following terms:
You will not receive character or character rights until completely paid off.
If in the middle of the payment plan you decide you no longer want the character there will be no refunds of previously paid parts.
If you fail to pay/respond to payment warnings for more than 2 months the plan will be canceled without refund.
After receiving characters from me please keep to the major guidelines! If you need to know more about them simply ask.
If trading art you will not receive rights until the piece(s) are finished and are approved to be accurate (This means it needs to follow the designs)
Wips for this are optional but changes will be required if incorrect.
♡Character/Art Theft♡
If a commission i get is for a stolen character or gotten without permission from the owner it is not my problem and no refunds will be given.
Same thing applies if the references were stolen.
